What the program looks like.

The work is your real work. Live group workshops in weeks 1, 3, 5 and 8 open each phase, and between workshops you apply what you've built directly in your business, with the online pathway, tools and templates guiding each step.

Between the workshops, your coach gives feedback on your key outputs, so nothing you build goes unreviewed.

Along the way you build your Business Brain: the shared foundation that brings your strategy, your knowledge and your plans together in one place, ready for decisions, delivery and intelligent use of AI.

By the end you'll have a growth strategy and system built for how you want your business to run, a quarterly implementation plan, and the confidence of having tested your thinking with a coach and a room of owners who ask good questions.

Workshop dates for the February 2027 cohort are confirmed when enrolment opens. Register your interest and you'll receive the dates, and the chance to enrol, before anyone else.

Your three 1:1 coaching sessions are booked directly with your coach through the platform, at times that suit you and at the moments they help most: interpreting your diagnostic, refining your strategy and pressure-testing your implementation plan.

This cohort is for you if this sounds familiar.

“I want structure, accountability and expert feedback”

“I feel stuck or stretched and I'm not sure what to prioritise next”

“I'm the kind of person who books the gym class, not just the gym”

From owners who've done it.

The NLG program has helped me shift from being in the business to leading it. I have gained: Clear decision-making frameworks; A stronger sense of direction; Permission to focus on high-value tasks, not just daily operations; I'm steering it forward with purpose. That mindset shift is massive. I can lead with clarity, structure and confidence, knowing where I'm going and how to get there.

Jess, Allied health business

This program came at the right time for me, I was feeling a massive crisis of confidence. Swinging from going back into the workforce, to trying to push myself but lacking direction. I have already started to get way clearer on the service I want to offer and how I will provide and show that to others.

Natasha, Professional Services

When I started the program, I saw my role primarily as a technical consultant who prepared planning reports and helped clients obtain planning permits. Through the program, I have come to see my role differently. I now see myself as someone who helps people achieve their aspirations by guiding them through the planning system with honest, practical advice. My role is not simply to produce reports or secure approvals, but to help clients make informed decisions and navigate complex planning issues with confidence.

Want a place in February?

Cohorts are deliberately small, and registered business owners hear first when enrolment opens. Register your interest and we'll send you the workshop dates and your invitation to enrol ahead of everyone else.

Questions owners ask.

Who is this program for?

Owners past the startup stage who have built something real. You've become stuck and need guidance for your next stage, or you are the operating system it runs on and want the life you imagined to actually be feasible. The business works because you are in it. Industry, size and revenue matter far less than that. You are aware that there is a gap between the business you have and the life you wanted it to make possible.

I'm already working crazy hours. How much time does this program actually take?

We know exactly what this feels like, and our aim is to help you target the exact things you need to make a shift. However, we do need one or two focused hours a week at minimum, ideally three or four. We see this as an investment to help you buy back that time, because you're building the systems you need to give you your time back.

What if I can't attend every session?

The sessions are where there is a lot of value, whether those are the group or 1:1 sessions. But if something genuinely gets in the way, the workshops are recorded so you can catch up in your own time, and your coach picks the material up with you at your next one-to-one. There is no attendance rule, and your coach adjusts the pace with you. If working on your own schedule is better, you may prefer the Private 1:1 program so you can design it to fit with your schedule.

What happens if I fall behind?

We get it! Life happens. We've designed the program to be flexible. The only thing you are kept to is the scheduled workshops on the Structured Program; everything else can be booked or completed at a time that works for you within the program period. With 12 weeks of CEO Circle included, you also get additional support to help you complete if you're not able to do so during the 8 weeks. Your success is our success and we help in any way we can.

I'm not necessarily 'techy'. Do I need to be to build these systems?

Not at all. We cater to all levels of digital comfort and help you make use of the tools that you already know. We are tool agnostic, so we help you choose what's right for you and build your confidence to use them throughout the program. We can go as fast or as slow as you need.

I'm not sure about AI. Will implementing it mean I lose the human elements and personal touch?

We understand. This is such a huge topic and one for careful consideration. We've spent years considering ethical use and the implications for people and planet, aligning with what we believe as a B Corp. However, AI is just a tool. It's not a strategy; it's more like an assistant. Used intentionally to remove administrative or repetitive tasks, the tasks AI excels in, it allows you to focus on what humans do well. We believe that when used purposefully with human direction, AI systems will enable us to solve some of our toughest challenges. In this instance, AI provides additional resources to the small businesses striving to provide for their community.

My business is highly specialised or creative. Can you really systemise something that relies on my personal touch?

We love working with amazing people whose unique offering is what helps them to stand out, but is also their crutch when it comes to growth. We don't systemise your creative genius. We help you systemise the infrastructure around it, so that it frees up your mental capacity to focus more on being the genius you are.

Is this just a bunch of theoretical business models, or will I actually get things done?

There's an Aussie phrase we would use here, but it isn't suitable for the public eye (something to do with spiders and not wanting to do something to them). A similar saying, 'not here to lick stamps', could be used. 25eight programs are practical, designed so you build as you go, implement and learn. This isn't you writing a bunch of notes in a book, or nodding away at someone saying something that you think could work for you; you take action. Everything we ask of you is helping you build. Commit to doing the work and you'll have a working system in eight weeks.

What will I actually build in the program?

A set of working artefacts you own: a growth strategy against your own definition of success, a Priority Gap Strategy, an operating model, a Growth System Blueprint, a 90-Day Roadmap, a Business Brain in your own cloud storage and an AI Opportunity Map. They are the deliverable, and you can change them yourself next quarter.

Do I need to do the Capability Snapshot first?

It is recommended rather than required, as it helps you pinpoint exactly what you can focus on and helps you set the objective for the program. It names where you're strong and what you can enhance, as well as your AI readiness. It only takes 10 minutes, and if you go on to do the program, that information helps inform the program diagnostics, so you don't have to answer the same questions.

What support do I get, and what happens after the program?

Each tier has different support layers. On Self-Guided, you meet with the coach once to debrief your diagnostic and personalise your capability platform for your goals and results. On the Structured Program, you get supported through four workshops, three one-to-one coaching sessions, a group chat, coach feedback on your artefacts (what you build) and a growth capability review. In the Private program, you get dedicated 1:1 time to build. Every option includes 12 weeks of CEO Circle Starter membership on completion. This allows you to keep momentum with personalised leadership prompts based on your strategy, accountability check-ins, continued artefact feedback and Q&As past the program. After the 12 weeks you choose whether to continue on your own or continue in the CEO Circle membership. Your choice, based on what's right for you.

Can I transition between the Self-Guided, Structured and 1:1 tiers if my needs change?

You can absolutely start with Self-Guided and add coaching at a later date. However, as the Structured Program and Private 1:1 are based on a time period, you are unable to move between them. You could, however, complete the Structured Program and subscribe to our CEO Circle Leader tier for more 1:1 support following the program.

Register your interest.

The February 2027 cohort opens for enrolment closer to the start date. Leave your details and you'll be the first to receive the workshop dates and your invitation to enrol.

Completing the 25Eight program provided clarity at a critical point in my business journey. It challenged how I think about leadership, scale, and long-term decision making — not through theory, but through practical, real-world conversations with experienced facilitators and peers. The program helped me step back from daily operations and focus on building systems, people, and structure that support sustainable growth.

After more than 10 small business start-ups as well as an MEI at Swinburne it was awesome to be critically thinking more in depth about business again. It is so easy to become comfortable and to stop setting challenges as you get towards the perceived end of working life era. This course is a ripper reminder.

Being part of the Next Level Growth Program was exactly what I needed. Sam’s support helped me bring clarity to my brand and finally find the words to express what Nuovo Skin truly stands for. The one-on-one sessions were powerful; I left each one feeling more confident, focused, and aligned. It’s shifted how I lead, how I communicate, and how I grow the business with purpose.
