Build a stronger business, and your capability to lead it.

At 25eight, coaching starts with understanding how your business works, where it depends on you and what needs strengthening next. Our diagnostic-led approach draws on more than a decade supporting small businesses and over four years of research and development into business capability and digital transformation.

You work on your own business throughout a structured program: identifying your capability gaps, developing a strategy for your current stage of growth, and building the systems that turn that strategy into everyday practice. You bring these assets together in a Business Brain: a shared foundation for decisions, delivery and intelligent use of AI.

Leading this approach is founder and head coach Samantha Hurley. Sam brings together a deep understanding of human development, more than 20 years of international commercial leadership, and hands-on experience building AI-enabled business systems. Her Master of Teaching and professional coaching and supervision experience shape how she helps owners turn insight into action.

She connects the person leading the business with the strategy, systems and technology that support its growth, helping you develop your confidence and judgement while building a business that puts your strengths to work.

Feedback on your work and focused 1:1 coaching help you apply what you learn, test your decisions and work through the challenges that matter in your business.

You leave with a clear direction, practical systems you own, and greater capability to lead a business that can grow without everything relying on you.

Three ways to work with us.

Every pathway pairs coaching with our structured growth programs: Self-Guided with coaching on call, the Structured Program with four live workshops and three 1:1 sessions, or fully private work with you and your leadership team. Pricing for all three is published, compared and explained on one page.

From owners we've coached.

I'd say that identity shift has been quite massive and valuable. I've managed to break a financial ceiling I had for 18 months last month and then again this month, which shows I've stabilised at a new level. I'm more aware of my metrics and I've noticed I'm thinking more like a leader now.

Cam, Creative business

Before starting the 25eight program, I felt scattered, constantly busy but lacking strategic direction. This program helped me shift from reactive to intentional. I now have complete clarity on my brand, my audience, and how to position my offerings for value and sustainability. I've built systems that reflect who I am, not just what I do, and that transformation has given me the confidence to show up as the face of my business with purpose and pride.

Rochelle, Creative business

Beyond the clarity in messaging and business structure, I'd say the program's helped me shift how I show up as a business owner and leader for my team. It's nudged me out of the day-to-day and into a bigger picture mindset. I've started making decisions less reactively and more intentionally.

Questions owners ask about coaching.

How much does a business coach cost?
In Australia, business coaching runs from a few hundred dollars a session to several thousand dollars a month, and much of it is priced only after a sales call. We publish our pricing. Our structured growth programs start at $1,795 + GST for the Self-Guided pathway, with Structured Program and private options above that, and every price is on the programs page.
What does a business coach do?

A good coach helps you see your business clearly, decide what matters next and hold yourself to it. At 25eight that work is structured: a diagnostic shows where your business is strong and where it leaks, a program builds the strategy and systems to fix it, and your coach gives feedback on the real work you produce along the way. You finish with capability that stays in the business, with or without us.

What are your business coaching rates?
Coaching at 25eight is just one part of our offering, because we know exactly what makes a difference for small businesses. Rather than sell this by the hour, we offer you an outcome: an AI Opportunity Map designed specifically for your business, a growth system and Business Brain, or agentic workflows, for example. All of our pricing is displayed on the relevant program pages. We think that this offers incredible value for money and helps you reach outcomes that could ordinarily take up to 12 months with just normal by-the-hour coaching from other providers.
Do I need to be in Melbourne to work with you?

No, all of our programs are offered online and we support businesses from across Australia. Our partner-run programs often include in-person sessions that you need to attend, and if you engage us for a private program and would prefer in-person sessions, we can run those for the cost of our travel to you.

How do I know if coaching is what my business needs?
Take the Capability Snapshot. It takes under ten minutes, shows you where your business is strong and what is holding growth back, and tells you which pathway fits how you work. You keep the result whether you work with us or not.

Talk it through first.

Book a discovery call with Sam and bring whatever is on your mind: where the business is stuck, what you have already tried, what you want it to look like. You will leave with a clearer picture, whichever way you decide to go.
